1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fluxity's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Fluxity provides an AI-powered document processing platform that extracts, matches, and pushes financial document data to your system of record. The service includes document upload, AI extraction, matching, rules engine processing, and system of record integration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload documents containing malicious code or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload to Fluxity. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fluxity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
