What Fluxity does, how it works, and what it integrates with.
Fluxity is an AI-powered document processing platform that extracts data from invoices, purchase orders, BOLs, and other financial documents, matches them against your records, and pushes verified data to your system of record — eliminating manual data entry.
Fluxity handles invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading (BOLs), loss run reports, certificates of insurance (COIs), and more. Our schema system is flexible — we can add support for any document type your business needs.
Fluxity targets high first-pass extraction accuracy using a multi-provider AI pipeline (AWS Textract + GPT-4o), and our correction-learning system improves it over time by learning from manual edits. Accuracy varies by document type and quality, so we verify it on your own formats during a pilot before you commit.
We currently integrate with Odoo and NetSuite, with a connector architecture that makes adding new systems straightforward. Our push system handles GL coding, analytic tags, PO linking, and receipt matching automatically.

Absolutely. Our visual rules engine lets you build no-code rules for GL coding, approval routing, flagging, tagging, and more. Rules support 17 operators and can reference any extracted or matched data field.
